Please be aware that this is a cruise. The Statue of Liberty Express does not dock at any of the various sites around the Harbor.

Public Transportation

Take the 2, 3 trains to Fulton St. and walk east to South Street Seaport; or take the 4,5 to Braodway/Nassau walk east to South Street Seaport.

As an added benefit, New York City Explorer Pass holders get Priority Boarding on this sightseeing cruise, you will have the best chance to secure seating on the top deck which is offered on a first come basis. The top deck offers 360 degree views and is a great place to take photographs from. Be aware the top deck is exposed to the weather, so dress appropriately for the day of your cruise.

Comments about Smart Destinations NY Water Taxi Statue of Liberty Cruise (Plus Bonus Cruise!):

Had a very nice time seeing the sights in lower Manhattan. Was a very hot morning - almost 95, thought we would try to get out on the water to cool off. Was a good idea. Cruised around the bottom tip of the city and saw the Statue of Liberty and the skyline. The kids were most amazed at the huge container ships over in New Jersey! Our youngest had never been on a boat so was a special treat for him. Also great was the crew, who pointed out neat things on the boat and introduced us to the captain, even though the boat was full.
