Skywalk Observatory at the Prudential Center

At the 50th floor of the Prudential you'll find the famous Skywalk, Boston's only sky-high vantage point. On a clear day, see all the way to New Hampshire. And at night, the entire skyline stretches before you. For everyone, but the faint of heart.

Stand High above Beantown

The Prudential Center’s Skywalk offers New England's only skyscraper observatory with breathtaking 360-degree panoramic views of Boston and beyond! The observatory in this unique landmark building offers engaging interactive exhibits that give visitors a real flavor of Boston’s distinctive culture and neighborhoods. You’ll leave with a greater understanding of the layout of Boston and the surrounding area, and an appreciation for the beauty (both natural and manmade) of this New England capitol city!

The unique 40-minute ‘Acoustiguide Opus Touch’ self-guided player details the city's historic past and current sites as you stand and observe from 52 stories high. A multi-media movie theater features films including Wings over Boston and Dreams of Freedom that give context to what you’re seeing. Coincidentally, the Dreams of Freedom Immigration Museum is Boston's only educational immigration experience, and is a great way to learn about the city’s multiculturalism.
